Excellent help saved the day!

I’ve been a customer at Quiet PC for some years and always enjoyed clicking on the products, particularly those gorgeous looking CPU coolers…. Anyway, I did something really stupid when building my new Shuttle PC – I threw out the Intel CPU cooler by mistake. So, I phoned Quiet PC (I live in Dubai) and was helped by Paul for half an hour on the phone. He grasped the problem immediately and helped me find one small enough to fit the rather cramped Shuttle main board and saved me hours of trawling for one the right size. He also calmed me down with his quiet confidence and expert manner. He is a credit to Quiet PC. Thank you, Paul.
